It does not fit:
for children;
for people with epilepsy;
for people with problems with teeth or gums, or for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OAS). Only under the supervision of a dentist or doctor.

Instructions for use:

First, form a cap.
Insert the device into your mouth before going to bed and pull it out when you wake up.
The cap should be stored in a protective case.

If for some reason you need to re-shape it, you just need to follow the instructions for forming.

How does it work?

The cap gently holds the lower jaw in a slightly extended position during sleep.
This opens the airways in your throat, which helps reduce / eliminate snoring.

Forming instructions:

1. Insert the blue handle into the hole of the cap.

2. Place the cap in hot water (about 60-80 degrees C).

3. Hold the cap in water for 15-25 seconds, then remove.

4. Gently shake off excess water and insert into mouth. Choose a comfortable position, then bite and using your finger, press the cap around the front and side.

5. Remove the cap after you feel that the bite is formed.

6. Place the cap in cool water to cool it. Pull out the molding handle. The cap is ready to use.
