Bruxism is a bad habit of clenching or crossing your teeth, especially during sleep. Its main cause is muscle tension. After some time, this can lead to serious damage to the teeth, including:

pain of the temporomandibular joint and muscles;
sensitivity and toothache.

The method of fitting the cap:

Pour boiled water into a glass container. When the water has cooled to about 70 degrees Celsius, the cap should be placed in a container for 20-30 seconds. When the vertical walls of the cap deviate slightly, place it on the jaw, which bites it. After 1-2 minutes, take it out of your mouth and put in cold water for 2-3 minutes. The cap is ready to use. If the cap is too large, it can be cut with scissors.

NOTE !!!

It is better to repeat the simulation 2-3 times in colder water (60-70) than to melt in very hot water (80-90)

The cap should be thoroughly cleaned with a toothbrush and toothpaste before and after each use.

The cap is made of copolymer EVA (Eten-Vinyl-Acetate). No silicone, latex or PVC, which can cause allergies.

Брала сину 9 років, сказав,що зручна,ніде не жме, тільки підрізала по 2-3 мм довжину з кожної сторони, висота ідеальна, вночі зубами не скреготів.Одягає на верхню щелепу.Відмінний варіант, поки шукаємо причини бруксизма.Дуже задоволена капою,ще і контейнер є,дякую.

Дуже подобається, вже декілька місяців страждаю від бруксизму и на ранок щелепа дуже болить. Але з капою прокидатися стало набагато легше. Спочатку не звично засинати,бо відчуття шо шось є у роті заважає,але це тільки першу ніч. На наступну ніч я спала вже без відчуття,що шось заважає
Легко формувати,головне уважно дивитися за капою,коли кидаєш в киплячу воду. Бо вона зменшується дуже швидко.

Використовувала капу вперше, тому не знала як і шо з нею робити, аби не відгуки то й не знала б, бо до самої капи не йде взагалі ніяка інструкція. Тому мабуть не дуже правильно і зробила підгонку. Я поклала її в гарячу воду 95 градусів приблизно і тримала там 20 секунд, коли капа почала звужуватись швидко дістала та поклала в рота почала формувати, але ж не зформувала прямо ідеально. Нічого не підрізала. Сьогодні вже спала з капою, начебто все ок. Зручно. Зуби не болять, будемо вважати, що працює.
