Delivery and payment information

DELIVERY METHODS

  • By Nova Poshta (100% prepayment): address delivery, to a branch or post office.
  • Ukrposhta (Prepayment 100 UAH or the entire amount) : at the branch.

ATTENTION! The minimum order amount is 150 UAH. We will ship the same day (Mon-Fri) if we receive payment to the account by 3:00 PM.

SHIPPING COST

  • According to the carrier's tariffs;
  • Return delivery of money transfers by Ukrposhta is paid by the buyer.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Transfer to IBAN account;
  • Upon receipt of the goods (only by Ukrposhta, upon prepayment of 100 UAH);
  • To the account (for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs);
  • Payment via QR code, bank app.

Important! When receiving your order at the post office or when delivered by courier, carefully check the goods for various defects/stains, etc. If you discover a defect in the goods immediately upon receipt, you can refuse it and send it back. In this case, all logistics costs are borne by the Seller. The return of the goods may be refused if the defect/contamination, etc. was discovered after receiving the parcel.


Dear customers! Due to the increase in sales volume and the physical impossibility of tracking each shipment, our company has activated the AUTORETURN service. The service provides for the automatic return of a shipment that was stored in the branch in accordance with the established individual storage periods (except for non-working days and holidays) and was not collected by the Recipient.


Parcel storage at the Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta branch

Please note that the parcel is stored at the branch for 7 working days , but on the 7th it is already processed for return to the sender. Therefore, you need to receive the parcel no later than the sixth day after its arrival at the branch. If you do not have time - please write to us, or log in to the application or your own carrier account and apply for extended storage.

If the customer did not receive the parcel on time and it was returned to us, the cost of all cargo movements is paid by the buyer.
