Instructions for use:

2 Place the cap vertically in the water so that it is completely immersed (5 to 10 seconds). Each cap has a special tongue to hold during molding, which prevents burns.

3 Remove the cap from the water. Before you put it in your mouth, check with your fingers that it is not too hot.

4 Place the cap in your mouth as shown in the figure, covering the U-shape of the entire dental arch. Tighten your lips and press on the skin with your fingers, cheeks and tongue for 30 seconds, sucking water from the cap.

5 Remove the cap and allow it to cool under a stream of cold water.

6 Excess cap can be trimmed for maximum comfort.
