Step-by-step instructions for forming a mouthguard :
Heat the water to 80 ° C (for some drops this temperature may be higher or lower).
Place the mouthpiece vertically in the water so that it is completely submerged (5 to 10 seconds). The cap may have a special tab to hold it during molding, which prevents burns. If not, we recommend using gloves.
Remove the cap from the water. Before putting it in your mouth, check with your fingers whether it is too hot.
Place the mouthguard in the mouth as shown in the picture, covering the U-shaped shape of the entire dental arch. Tighten your lips and press on the skin with your fingers, cheeks and tongue for 30 seconds, sucking the water out of the mouthpiece.
Remove the cap and let it cool under cold water.
The excess part of the mouthguard can be trimmed to ensure maximum comfort in use.
