Instructions for use

Preparation

- Remove the storage case and set it aside. Make sure the blue cap is securely placed in the white tray by pressing on the 2 bite pads. The blue cap will remain in the white molding tray.

- Fill the mug. To determine the correct amount of water, place the molding tray with the cap in the mug and fill with water to the fill line on the tray handle. Once the mug is filled, remove the molding tray with the cap and set aside.

- Using a microwave or oven, bring the water in the container to a boil. Place the molding tray with the cap in hot water, with the blue cap facing down, and wait 3 minutes 30 seconds. Prepare a mirror.

Fitting caps

- Carefully remove the molding tray with the cap from the mug and shake off excess water.

- Using a mirror, place the molding tray with the cap in your mouth without biting, slide it so that the center bar on the molding tray is in the center of your front teeth.

- Bite hard. Your teeth should sink deep into the cap. Then press lightly for 3 minutes.

- Slowly open your mouth. With the right fit, the cap, tray and cap will remain on your upper teeth. Gently push the tray and cap down.

- Place the tray and cap facing down in a container of room temperature water for 5 minutes to secure the cap shape.

- Remove the cap from the tray by slowly pulling on the center connecting the arches so that the cap pops out. Your cap is ready to use.

Cleaning and care

- After each use, clean the cap with toothpaste and / or mouthwash. Never rinse your toothbrush with hot water, as this may change its shape.

- Check your tooth for wear every month. The lifespan of a toothpick depends on the frequency of gnashing of teeth and the force with which it occurs. The dental cap can be used for up to six months.
