Instructions for use:
1. In the early stages of use, the wearing time should not be too long. It can be gradually increased and adjusted.
2. For example, at the beginning, the first time can be 2 minutes, the second -5 minutes, the third -10 minutes, and the fourth half an hour. Increase the wearing period slowly. Adjust the time according to your adaptability.
3. If you feel discomfort in the area of the teeth or pain, please take off the trainer, take a break, and then put it on again.
4. Don't bite at first. After Adaptation, the bite force can be increased.
5. Wear it for 1-2 hours during the day after getting used to it.
Note: Do not put it in hot water above 70 degrees to avoid deformation. Recommended to disinfect with alcohol or soak in warm salt water for 30 minutes.
При першій примірці м'якої капи-трейнера відразу відчутно, які зуби стоять не на місці. Так при першій та другій примірці був сильний дискомфорт, тому знімала через хвилину, потім через 5 хвилин. Третій раз потримала хвилин 10-15, уже було нормально. Четвертий раз тренер був на зубах 30-35 хвилин. Я за цей час якраз зробила масаж обличчя, що до речі, дуже допомагає забути про капу і розслабити всі м'язи щелеп, які зміщуються за капою. По закінченні свого заняття по масажу обличчя трейнер знімати вже навіть не хотілось, стало зручно і комфортно. Але все ж зняла за рекомендацією.
