The process of formation and use

1. Cut the mouthguard to the right size to fit your jaw.

2. Soak it in hot water (about 75°C) for 10 seconds to soften the material.

3. Place the mouthguard in your mouth and press lightly against your upper and lower teeth (not too deeply).

4. Hold the mouthguard in place with your hands and tongue for 30 seconds, then immerse in cold water for 10 seconds to fully mold.

5. After each use, rinse the mouthguard, dry it, and store it in a special container.

Recommendations

• Wearing a mouthguard may be uncomfortable at first, but it takes 2-3 uses to get used to it. Breathe through your nose to make the process easier.

• Replacing the mouthguard is recommended every 3–4 months, according to oral hygiene standards.
