Facial massagers are simple beauty tools that are designed to massage the face and body.
Mechanical facial massage is a basic and proven procedure that helps keep the skin young for many years. Massage prevents the fusion of fascial tissue from muscle, thereby preventing the appearance of congestion on the face. The very fusion of these tissues is one of the signs of aging.
Mechanical massage with the right technology helps to fight edema, removing the accumulated lymph in the intercellular space. In this way you help the blood vessels to carry nutrients to the cells.
With regular massage, the complexion improves, skin tone increases, and its youth is prolonged. Oxygen, moisture, and other nutrients are actively supplied to the cells, and decay products are excreted, which does not prevent the tissues from regenerating a new generation of young and healthy cells.
Before use, it is better to cool the massager in the refrigerator (for morning use, you can leave it there overnight). Facial skin should be thoroughly cleansed before massage. You can also pre-exfoliate and apply your usual cream on your face, massaging the roller directly on it.
If you apply the cream on the skin, then in a few minutes you will notice that its rolling complicates the massage. But this is a good sign - the roller gently accelerates the absorption of nutrients into the skin. If you experience discomfort, you can rinse your face lightly with water. Be careful and follow the sensations! Also from the massage in some places the skin may turn red - a sign of improved blood circulation and restructuring of skin cells.
Use the roller, massaging in one-sided movements, starting from the nose to the lymph nodes. Use a smaller tip to massage the area around the eyes. After the procedure, clean the roller and leave it in a cool place.
Gouache massage scraper. Scrape along the massage lines: from the center of the forehead, to the temples, from the wings of the nose to the temples, from the tip of the nose to the center of the forehead, from the corners of the mouth to the middle of the ear, from the center of the chin to the earlobes. Deep wrinkles on the forehead should be carefully smoothed from the eyebrow folds to the hairline. Do the neck and décolleté area with movements in the center to the chin, and on the sides - from the jaw to the collarbone. Start with 10 minutes, gradually increasing the massage time to 40 minutes.
After the massage, clean the face with a tonic and apply a moisturizer. This massage should be done 3-4 times a week and the result in the form of smooth glowing skin will not take long!
