DELIVERY METHODS

• By Nova Poshta: address delivery, to a branch or post office. We will ship on the same day (Mon-Fri) if we receive payment before 3:00 p.m.;
• Ukrposhta: in the branch.

WARNING! The minimum order amount is UAH 150. Orders are sent only by prepayment (from UAH 100 or the entire amount). 

SHIPPING COST

• According to the tariffs of the carrier;
• Return delivery of money transfers by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta is paid by the buyer.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Transfer to a bank account;
  
• In cash upon receipt of the goods (advance payment of UAH 100);
• On account (for legal entities);
• Payment via QR code.

Importantly! When receiving your order at the post office or when it is delivered by courier, please check the product in detail for any kind of defects/stains, etc. If you discover the lack of a product immediately upon receiving it, you can refuse it and send it back. In this case, all logistics costs are borne by the Seller. The return of the product may be refused if the defect/contamination, etc., was discovered already after receiving the parcel.
