RECOMMENDATIONS: rinse in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth with elmex SENSITIVE PROFESSIONAL toothpaste and toothbrush. Extra care for daily brushing.
To use: Rinse for 30 seconds using 20 ml of rinse aid, then spit out. Do not swallow.
